有经验的老狼肯定用不着我来说这些，不过就提点一些新人。如何辨别真假报告 / 马甲写手。当然，道高一尺，魔高一丈，没办法百分百根绝他们。不过，也能防止大部分。 基本上，有两种假报告：夸赞自己，和打击别人。 首先，看看报告。写得特别好或特别坏都值得留意。最好拿其他的报告作比较。如果一人给 8 分，而另一个给 6 分，这是正常的，因为每个人口味不同。但如果一个给 9 分，另一个给 3 分，那很大可能其中一个（甚至两者皆是）是马甲写手的假报告。 第二，看用户注册日期。虽然新人不一定是假，老人不一定是真，但总体来说，注册得越久越可信。 最重要的是，看用户发帖和回帖历史。基本上，看他发的帖和回的帖。如果数量很少，而且只说某一家好话或坏话，那么这个用户极可能是马甲写手。
Experienced users may know this stuff already. But for those that don't, this post is about how to determine fake reviews / pro writers for garages. Obviously, this will not be a fool-proof method because ingenious ppl will always find a way to get around security measures. However, it will be good enough to catch most of them.
There are two main types of fake reviews. A fake review by the MM/garage to sell themselves. Or, a fake review by a competitor to smear the reputation of another MM/garage.
First, read the review. If it is EXCEPTIONALLY good or bad, then it MIGHT be a fake review. If there are other reviews to compare it to, that is useful for reference. One person give an 8, while another give a 6, that is normal because each person have different taste. But one person give a 9, the other gives a 3, then one of them (or maybe even both) is probably lying.
Second, look at when this user registered. Even though this (just by itself) is not proof. But generally speaking, old users have more credibility than new users.
Most importantly, look at the posting history of the user. I have attached screenshot tutorial at the bottom to better explain. Basically, look at the posts he made and the replies to other people's posts that he's made. If he ONLY say good thing (or bad thing) about one particular MM/garage, that is a strong indication that he may be a "pro writer" for fake reviews.
