## 1. Age Restriction / 年龄限制
The Platform is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to access or use the Platform.

## 2. Platform Positioning / 平台定位
The Platform is a neutral information-display, content-hosting, review, discussion, and communications platform.

The Platform is not a broker, agent, recruiter, guarantor, certification provider, payment intermediary, or participant in offline transactions or arrangements.

The display of any listing, profile, review, rating, contact information, link, advertisement, tag, claimed page, or administrator-curated content does not mean that the Platform endorses, verifies, certifies, recommends, guarantees, or approves that content or the person or business associated with it.

All content displayed on the Platform, including user reviews, ratings, comments, merchant listings, forum discussions, and administrator-curated materials, is provided for informational, commentary, community, and entertainment purposes only. No content on the Platform constitutes an offer, solicitation, arrangement, guarantee, or verification of any offline service, transaction, meeting, or engagement.

## 3. Content Categories / 内容分类
The Platform may display different categories of content, including:

3. paid advertisements and promoted content / 付费广告与推广内容

The Platform may use labels such as Sponsored, Promoted, Advertisement, Merchant Submitted, User Review, User Experience, Admin Posted, Admin Summary, Featured, or similar labels.
平台可使用 Sponsored（赞助）、Promoted（推广）、Advertisement（广告）、Merchant Submitted（商家提交）、User Review（用户评论）、User Experience（用户体验）、Admin Posted（管理员发布）、Admin Summary（管理员整理）、Featured（精选展示）等标签。
Labels are for organization, disclosure, moderation, and user understanding. They do not guarantee authenticity, legality, accuracy, safety, or quality.

## 4. What You May Post / 允许发布的内容
You may use the Platform for lawful discussion, lawful information sharing, lawful reviews, lawful merchant submissions, lawful advertisements, and lawful community participation that comply with the Terms of Use, these Community Guidelines, and applicable law.
你可以在符合《用户协议》、本《社区规范》及适用法律的前提下，使用平台进行合法讨论、合法信息分享、合法评论、合法商家资料提交、合法广告发布和合法社区互动。
You may:

1. post lawful reviews or opinions based on your genuine and relevant experience or opinion;
2. submit merchant information you are authorized to provide;
3. participate in discussions without harassment, abuse, deception, or unlawful conduct;
4. report harmful, unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent content through available reporting channels.

## 5. Prohibited Content and Conduct / 禁止内容与禁止行为
You may not use the Platform to post, transmit, promote, imply, coordinate, facilitate, or enable unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, exploitative, or infringing conduct.
你不得利用平台发布、传播、推广、暗示、协调、促成或帮助任何违法、有害、滥用、欺骗、剥削或侵权行为。
Without limitation, the following are prohibited:
包括但不限于，以下内容和行为一律禁止：
### 5.1 Illegal Transactions and Illegal Services / 违法交易与违法服务
- soliciting, arranging, promoting, coordinating, or facilitating illegal transactions;
- using listings, messaging, comments, reviews, profiles, links, or contact information to route users toward unlawful activity;
- promoting, implying, arranging, or facilitating illegal sexual services, unlawful prostitution, trafficking, coercion, or related unlawful conduct;
- using coded language, abbreviations, euphemisms, symbols, emojis, or indirect phrasing designed or commonly understood to solicit, offer, arrange, promote, or facilitate illegal services or illegal transactions.
- 招揽、安排、推广、协调或促成违法交易；
- 通过资料页、站内消息、评论、评论区、链接或联系方式将用户导向违法活动；
- 推广、暗示、安排或促成违法性服务、非法卖淫、贩运、胁迫或相关违法行为；

### 5.2 Minors and Exploitation / 未成年人和剥削
- any content involving minors, suspected minors, grooming, exploitation, sexualization, endangerment, or inappropriate contact;
- any content involving trafficking, forced labor, coercion, exploitation, threats, restraint, debt bondage, or unlawful recruitment;
- any sexual exploitation or non-consensual intimate content.

- 任何涉及人口贩运、强迫劳动、胁迫、剥削、威胁、限制人身自由、债务控制或非法招募的内容；

### 5.3 Harassment and Abuse / 骚扰与滥用
- harassment, threats, stalking, intimidation, extortion, blackmail, doxxing, shaming, or abuse;
- violent threats, hate content, incitement, or content encouraging self-harm or harm to others.
- 骚扰、威胁、跟踪、恐吓、勒索、敲诈、开盒、羞辱或虐待；
- 暴力威胁、仇恨内容、煽动内容或鼓励自伤、伤害他人的内容。
### 5.4 Fraud, Deception, and Impersonation / 欺诈、误导与冒名
- false, deceptive, fraudulent, or materially misleading content;
- impersonating another person or entity, or misrepresenting identity, affiliation, or authorization;
- misleading merchant listings, false business claims, fake credentials, or deceptive business profiles.
- 虚假、欺诈、误导或具有重大误导性的内容；
- 冒充他人或实体，或虚假陈述身份、关系、授权；
- 误导性商家资料、虚假商业陈述、虚假资质或欺骗性资料页。
### 5.5 Fake Reviews and Review Manipulation / 虚假评论与刷评
- fake reviews, fabricated experiences, fake user reports, or undisclosed sponsored reviews;
- buying, selling, trading, or exchanging reviews;
- manipulating ratings, coordinating review campaigns, retaliatory reviews, or extortionate reviews.
- 虚假评论、伪造体验、虚构举报或未披露利益关系的评论；
- 购买、出售、交换评论；
- 操纵评分、组织刷评、报复性评论或勒索性评论。
### 5.6 Privacy and Sensitive Information / 隐私与敏感信息
- publishing another person’s private, confidential, identifying, medical, financial, contact, or location information without lawful authority and consent;
- doxxing or exposing personal information for harassment, retaliation, or intimidation.
- 未经合法授权和同意发布他人的私人、保密、身份、医疗、财务、联系方式或位置信息；
- 以骚扰、报复、恐吓为目的开盒或曝光个人信息。
### 5.7 Intellectual Property and Rights Violations / 知识产权及其他权利侵害
- infringing copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other legal rights;
- unauthorized use of names, likenesses, photos, videos, or branding.
- 侵犯版权、商标、商业秘密、隐私权、公开权或其他合法权利；
- 未经授权使用姓名、肖像、照片、视频或品牌标识。
### 5.8 Security Abuse / 安全滥用
- malware, phishing links, credential theft tools, malicious redirects, deceptive downloads, or harmful code;
- scraping, crawling, harvesting, indexing, or collecting Platform data without written permission;
- interfering with, attacking, bypassing, or compromising Platform security or functionality.
- 恶意软件、钓鱼链接、凭证窃取工具、恶意跳转、欺骗性下载或有害代码；
- 未经书面许可抓取、爬取、采集、索引或收集平台数据；
- 干扰、攻击、绕过或破坏平台安全与功能。
### 5.9 Abuse of Platform Tools / 滥用平台功能
- spam, mass unsolicited messages, deceptive promotions, abusive reports;
- evading moderation or enforcement, creating replacement accounts after suspension, or helping others do so.
- 垃圾信息、大量未经请求的信息、欺骗性推广、滥用举报；
- 规避审核或处罚、封禁后创建替代账号，或协助他人规避处罚。

## 6. Merchant Pages and Claimed Pages / 商家资料页与认领页面
Merchant pages may be created or populated by merchants, users, administrators, data providers, advertisers, or other third parties.
商家资料页可能由商家、用户、管理员、数据提供方、广告主或其他第三方创建或填充。
A claimed page does not mean that the Platform has endorsed, verified, certified, licensed, approved, or guaranteed the merchant, claimant, business, services, contact information, or page statements.
认领页面并不意味着平台已对该商家、认领人、业务、服务、联系方式或页面陈述进行背书、核验、认证、许可、批准或担保。
Merchants and page managers must not submit false, misleading, unlawful, unauthorized, or infringing information.
商家及页面管理者不得提交虚假、误导、违法、未经授权或侵权的信息。

## 7. Advertising and Sponsored Content / 广告与推广内容
Paid advertisements, promoted placements, featured listings, and sponsored content must comply with the Terms of Use, these Community Guidelines, and applicable law.

Paid status does not mean endorsement, verification, certification, recommendation, or guarantee by the Platform.
付费状态不代表平台的背书、核验、认证、推荐或担保。
Users may not remove, hide, falsify, or circumvent Sponsored, Promoted, Advertisement, Featured, or similar labels applied by the Platform.
用户不得删除、遮挡、伪造或规避平台添加的 Sponsored、Promoted、Advertisement、Featured 或类似标签。
The Platform does not sell fabricated reviews or pay-to-remove truthful reviews.
平台不出售虚构评论，也不提供“付费删真评”服务。
The Platform's commercial features may include, without limitation, directory-style business listings, review-based visibility or ranking factors, links to merchant or third-party websites, banner advertisements, affiliate or traffic-referral arrangements, and tiered membership or VIP access levels. All such features are online publishing, advertising, traffic, or membership models. They do not constitute offline brokerage, matchmaking, booking, referral arrangements, commission-based introductions, or participation in offline transactions.
平台的商业功能可包括但不限于目录式商家展示、基于评论的曝光或排名因素、指向商家或第三方网站的链接、横幅广告、联盟或流量推荐安排，以及分级会员或 VIP 访问层级。所有该等功能均属于在线发布、广告展示、流量分发或会员服务模式，不构成线下经纪、撮合、预约、介绍分成或线下交易参与。
The Platform does not receive compensation from reviewed parties based on the content of reviews, and reviews do not reflect any commercial arrangement between the Platform and the reviewed party unless expressly disclosed.

## 8. Messaging and User Communication / 站内消息与用户沟通
Messaging, reply, contact, and reporting tools are Platform features only.

Use of messaging tools does not mean the Platform recommends, verifies, endorses, or guarantees either party to the communication.

You may not use messaging or contact tools to harass, threaten, extort, impersonate, spam, solicit unlawful activity, or evade moderation.

## 9. Reporting and Cooperation / 举报与配合
You may report harmful, unlawful, fraudulent, exploitative, infringing, or abusive content through:

Reports should include enough information for review, such as URLs, usernames, screenshots, dates, and a description of the issue.
举报应尽量包含足够信息，例如链接、用户名、截图、日期及问题描述。
The Platform may prioritize reports involving minors, trafficking, exploitation, unlawful solicitation, threats, violence, fraud, impersonation, malicious links, privacy violations, or repeat abuse.
平台可优先处理涉及未成年人、贩运、剥削、违法招揽、威胁、暴力、欺诈、冒名、恶意链接、隐私侵权或重复滥用的举报。

## 10. Moderation and Enforcement / 审核与执行
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform may:
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，平台可：
1. review, remove, hide, edit, relabel, restrict, demote, or refuse to publish content;
2. disable links, contact information, messaging features, profiles, listings, or pages;
3. suspend, restrict, terminate, or permanently ban accounts;
4. preserve content, logs, reports, metadata, and related records;
5. report suspected unlawful, exploitative, trafficking-related, minor-related, violent, threatening, fraudulent, or emergency conduct to appropriate parties;
6. cooperate with legal process, regulators, law enforcement, safety organizations, and rights holders;
7. take any other action reasonably necessary for legal compliance, user protection, abuse prevention, moderation, and Platform integrity.
1. 审查、删除、隐藏、编辑、改标、限制、降权或拒绝发布内容；
2. 关闭链接、联系方式、消息功能、资料页或页面；
3. 暂停、限制、终止或永久封禁账户；
4. 保存内容、日志、举报、元数据及相关记录；
5. 向适格主体报告涉嫌违法、剥削、贩运、涉及未成年人、暴力、威胁、欺诈或紧急风险的行为；
6. 配合法律程序、监管机构、执法机关、安全组织及权利人；
7. 为法律合规、用户保护、防滥用、审核管理及平台完整性采取其他合理必要措施。
The Platform is not required to monitor all content, resolve all disputes, verify all facts, or act in every instance.
平台无义务监控全部内容、解决全部争议、核实全部事实，亦无义务在每一情形下采取行动。

## 11. Appeals and Corrections / 申诉与更正
If you believe content was removed, restricted, relabeled, or action was taken on your account by mistake, you may contact the Platform through the available support or rights channels, as appropriate.
如果你认为平台错误删除、限制、重标了你的内容，或错误处理了你的账户，你可视情况通过可用支持渠道或权利渠道联系平台。
Submission of an appeal does not guarantee restoration, reinstatement, or reversal of a moderation action.

These Community Guidelines supplement and do not replace the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, DMCA / Rights Notice Policy, or other Platform rules.

If there is a conflict, the Terms of Use or any feature-specific rule may control to the extent applicable.
