## 2. 协议接受
当你访问、浏览、注册、发帖、留言、发送消息、购买付费功能、投放广告、提交评论、举报内容或以其他方式使用平台时，即表示你接受本协议。
如果你代表商家、广告主、机构、代理公司或其他实体使用平台，则你声明你有权使该实体受本协议约束。此时，“你”同时指你本人和该实体。

## 3. 平台性质 / 非经纪 / 不参与线下交易
本平台是一个中立的信息展示、内容托管、评论、讨论和交流平台。
平台展示的所有内容，包括用户评论、评分、留言、商家资料、论坛讨论及管理员整理内容，仅用于信息分享、用户评论、社区交流及娱乐参考目的。平台上的任何内容均不构成对任何线下服务、交易、见面或其他安排的邀约、招揽、担保或核验。
平台可能允许商家、用户、广告主、管理员、版主或其他贡献者创建、提交、认领、编辑、整理、展示或讨论商家资料、论坛帖子、评论、评分、商家介绍、服务区域、营业时间、联系方式、网站链接、用户体验、管理员整理内容、推广内容及其他资料。
你理解并同意：
1. 平台不是经纪人、代理人、招聘方、担保方、保险人、受托人、支付中介、服务提供者，也不是任何线下交易或线下安排的参与方；
2. 平台不安排、不协商、不预约、不撮合、不核验、不监督、不担保、不认证、也不参与任何用户、商家、广告主或第三方之间的线下见面、交易、服务履行、合作或商业往来；
3. 平台不就任何线下交易收取佣金、抽成、成功服务费、介绍费、撮合费或预约费；
4. 除非平台在单独书面政策中明确说明，否则平台不做背景调查、身份核验、实地核验、法律合规审查、安全检查或服务质量审核；
5. 平台展示的任何资料页、认领页、广告、联系方式、链接、排序、评论、评分、标签、帖子、管理员备注或商家介绍，均不构成平台的推荐、背书、认证、批准、撮合、赞助、担保或核验；且
6. 你自行决定是否联系、沟通、依赖、见面、雇佣、购买、提供服务给或以其他方式与任何用户、商家、广告主或第三方互动，并自行承担风险。
平台不保证任何用户、商家、广告、评论、评分、资料页、认领页面、消息、帖子或第三方陈述的真实性、准确性、完整性、合法性、质量、安全性、可用性或可靠性。
平台不因评论内容向被评方收取费用或获得补偿。评论不反映平台与被评方之间的任何商业安排，除非平台另行明确披露。
## 4. 账户注册
使用某些功能时，你可能需要注册账户。你同意提供真实、准确、完整、最新的信息，并及时更新。
你有责任：
1. 妥善保管账户和密码；
2. 对账户下发生的所有行为负责；
3. 发现未经授权的使用或安全问题时及时通知平台；以及
4. 确保与你账户相关的全部资料、帖子、广告、评论、消息、认领申请和其他提交内容均符合本协议。
你不得使用虚假信息、他人身份、误导性的商家身份或你无权使用的身份注册账户。
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，平台可拒绝注册、收回用户名、要求补充信息、核验账户资料、限制账户功能、暂停账户或终止账户。
## 5. 用户内容
“用户内容”系指用户、商家、广告主、管理员或其他第三方通过平台提交、发布、上传、发送、展示、留言、评论、评分、举报、投放、认领、编辑或以其他方式提供的任何内容。用户内容包括资料页、商家页、认领页面、个人资料、广告、说明文案、帖子、评论、评分、图片、视频、标签、联系方式、链接、消息、整理摘要和举报材料。
你对自己的用户内容及其后果独立承担全部责任。
你提交用户内容即表示并保证：
1. 你拥有该内容或已取得全部必要授权；
2. 就你所知，该内容真实且不具有重大误导性；
3. 该内容不违反本协议或适用法律；
4. 该内容不侵犯任何第三方的版权、商标、商业秘密、隐私权、公开权、合同权利或其他合法权益；且
5. 该内容不会宣传、招揽、促进、暗示、协调或帮助任何违法活动。
你授予平台一项全球范围、非独占、免版税、可再许可、可转让的许可，以便平台为运营、改进、审核、推广、保护、归档和执行平台规则之目的，对你的用户内容进行托管、存储、复制、展示、发布、分发、修改、改编、摘录、翻译和制作衍生内容。
该许可将在合理必要的期间内持续有效，以便平台运营、符合法律要求、保存证据、维持备份、调查不当行为、处理争议、审核举报、执行本协议并保护用户、第三方和平台。
平台不主张取得你用户内容的所有权。
## 6. 禁止行为
你不得利用平台发布、传播、促进、暗示、协调、招揽、安排或帮助任何违法、有害、滥用、欺骗、剥削或侵权行为。
包括但不限于，你不得：
1. 将平台用于任何违法目的或以违反适用法律的方式使用平台；
2. 发布、招揽、协调或促成违法交易或违法邀约；
3. 以任何方式利用平台宣传、促进、招揽、暗示或帮助违法性服务、非法卖淫、性剥削、胁迫、贩运或相关违法行为；
4. 发布涉及未成年人、疑似未成年人、引诱、剥削、性化、危害或不当接触未成年人的内容；
5. 促进人口贩运、强迫劳动、胁迫、剥削、威胁、债务控制或非法招募；
6. 发布违法露骨内容、性剥削内容或未经同意的私密内容；
7. 骚扰、威胁、跟踪、勒索、恐吓、开盒、羞辱或虐待他人；
8. 冒充他人或虚构、误导自己的身份或关联关系；
9. 发布虚假、欺诈、误导或具有重大误导性的内容，包括虚假广告或虚假陈述；
10. 提交虚假评论、伪造体验、虚构举报、未披露利益关系的评论、刷评或操纵评分；
11. 未经合法授权和同意披露他人的隐私信息、身份信息、位置、财务信息或医疗信息；
12. 侵犯版权、商标、商业秘密、隐私权、公开权或其他知识产权及专有权利；
13. 上传恶意软件、钓鱼链接、欺骗性跳转或其他有害技术；
14. 未经书面许可抓取、爬取、采集平台数据；
15. 干扰或破坏平台的安全与功能；
16. 规避封禁、封号后重新注册，或帮助他人规避处罚；
17. 发送垃圾信息、群发骚扰消息、滥用举报或发布欺骗性推广内容；
18. 发布暴力威胁、仇恨内容、煽动内容或鼓励自伤/伤害他人的内容；
19. 利用联系方式、消息、资料页或评论将用户导向违法活动；或
20. 使用暗语、缩写、隐晦表达、符号、表情包或间接措辞，以招揽、暗示、安排、推广或促成违法服务或违法交易。
平台可结合上下文、用户安全、法律风险、平台完整性和适用法律，对上述禁止行为作出合理解释并予以执行。
## 7. 评论、评分、标签与内容分类
平台可能展示不同类别的内容，包括但不限于：
1. 商家自行提交内容；
2. 用户评论或用户体验内容；
3. 付费广告或赞助/推广内容；
4. 管理员发布或管理员整理内容；以及
5. 社区讨论内容。
不同内容类别可能使用不同标签，例如“Sponsored（赞助）”“Promoted（推广）”“Advertisement（广告）”“Merchant Submitted（商家提交）”“User Review（用户评论）”“User Experience（用户体验）”“Admin Posted（管理员发布）”“Admin Summary（管理员整理）”“Featured（精选展示）”或类似标签。
你理解并同意：
1. 评论、评分、留言和用户体验内容属于用户内容，仅代表发布用户本人的观点，不代表平台观点。评论、评分和用户体验内容仅用于信息分享、用户评论、社区交流及娱乐参考目的，不构成对任何线下服务、行为、可用性、合法性或质量的邀约、招揽、担保、背书或核验；
2. 商家自行提交内容仅代表商家陈述，不代表平台核验；
3. 管理员发布或管理员整理内容，可能基于第三方信息进行整理、标准化、摘要、分类、重写或展示，仅用于平台展示、运营和审核目的，不构成平台认证、担保或核验；
4. 赞助、精选或推广展示可能受到付费、商业关系、活动设置、审核决定、用户偏好、平台政策或系统逻辑影响；以及
5. 平台可自行决定添加、修改、删除或统一任何标签。
你不得发布虚假、报复性、勒索性、误导性、未披露利益关系或被操纵的评论或评分。
平台不保证任何评论、评分、标签、摘要或其他内容的真实性、完整性、代表性、时效性、合法性或可靠性。
## 8. 商家资料页、认领页面与第三方信息
商家页面可能由商家、用户、管理员、数据提供方、广告主或其他第三方创建或填充。
平台可能允许商家认领页面、申请修改、提交更正、购买部分页面功能或管理部分资料。认领页面并不意味着该商家已被平台推荐、核验、批准、认证或担保。
你理解并同意：
1. 商家信息可能不完整、过时、不准确、带有误导性、违法、由用户提交、由商家提交或由管理员整理；
2. 平台不保证任何商家具备执照、保险、资质、信誉、安全性、合规性、可用性或合法提供服务的资格；
3. 平台不保证任何联系方式、网站链接、营业时间、服务描述、服务区域、价格、资质、图片或其他陈述真实或合法；
4. 页面认领、页面编辑或付费页面功能均不构成平台的背书、核验或批准；且
5. 第三方链接可能导向平台无法控制的网站或服务。
你有责任在依赖、联系、见面、雇佣、付款、评价或与任何商家、用户、广告主或第三方互动前自行完成尽职调查。
## 9. 管理员发布或整理内容
平台可能发布由管理员或版主创建、改写、摘要、翻译、标准化、分类、打标签或整理的内容。
管理员发布或整理内容可能全部或部分基于商家提交的信息、用户提交的信息、公开可见资料、平台历史记录、举报材料或其他第三方来源。
除非平台另有明确书面说明，管理员发布或整理内容：
1. 仅用于展示、整理、审核、运营或信息说明目的；
2. 不构成平台的认证、核验、担保、法律意见或事实保证；且
3. 可由平台随时编辑、更正、重标、限制、删除或替换。
## 10. 付费发布、广告、会员与费用
平台可提供付费功能，包括但不限于付费发布、赞助展示、推广帖子、广告位、资料页增强功能、商家页面功能、高级账户功能、订阅、会员或其他数字化付费服务。
平台收取的任何费用，仅对应于平台内的数字发布、展示、托管、曝光、排序、功能访问、与审核相关的处理或平台明确说明的其他站内功能。
平台收取的任何费用均不构成，也不得被理解为线下交易佣金、介绍费、经纪费、撮合费、成功服务费、预约费，亦不按任何线下交易、服务、见面或商业往来的金额比例抽成。
付费展示、推广曝光、高级状态、赞助或其他付费功能，不构成平台对任何商家、用户、广告、资料页或第三方的推荐、背书、核验、认证、批准或担保。
平台可对付费或有对价的内容标注 “Sponsored（赞助）”“Promoted（推广）”“Advertisement（广告）”“Featured（精选展示）” 或类似说明。你不得删除、遮挡、伪造或规避该等披露。
付费不保证内容一定发布、持续展示、获得特定排序、展示量、点击量、线索、回复、互动、流量、商业结果或任何线下结果。
若平台认为任何付费发布、广告、会员功能或账户违反本协议、平台政策、适用法律、安全要求、平台完整性要求或运营需要，平台可随时拒绝、删除、暂停、隐藏、重标、降权、限制或终止，且可不经事先通知。
平台可就特定功能收取注册费、会员费、订阅费、高级功能费或其他用户费用。该等费用仅购买平台明确说明的站内功能访问权，并不购买或保证任何第三方服务、沟通结果、交易、见面或履约结果。
平台的商业功能可能包括但不限于目录式商家展示、基于评论的曝光或排名权重、指向商家或第三方网站的链接、横幅广告、联盟或流量推荐安排，以及分级会员或 VIP 访问权限。所有该等功能均属于在线发布、广告展示、流量运营或会员服务模式，不构成线下经纪、撮合、预约、佣金介绍或线下交易参与。
除适用法律另有强制要求或平台另有书面退款政策外，费用一经收取，原则上不予退还。
如某项功能为自动续费，平台将说明该功能的续费规则、扣费周期及取消方式。
你不得购买虚构评论、未披露利益关系的付费评论、误导性背书，亦不得要求平台因你购买广告或会员功能而压制或删除真实评论。平台不出售虚构评论，也不提供“付费删真评”服务。
## 11. 排序、推荐、筛选与展示顺序
平台可能基于人工规则、自动化系统、审核决策、用户偏好、商业设置、付费展示、发布时间、地理位置、资料完整度、互动情况、防滥用信号或其他标准，对内容进行排序、筛选、标注、推荐、压制或移除。
展示顺序不一定按时间顺序，也不一定完全中立、完整或全面。
精选、推广、高亮、推荐或排序靠前的内容，可能受到付费、活动设置、审核决定、安全考虑、政策执行、质量信号或其他运营标准影响。
由付费展示、评论数量、互动指标、会员等级或商业安排驱动的排序、推荐或曝光优先级，仅反映在线发布和广告逻辑，不构成对任何线下服务、交易、安全性、合法性或质量的背书、推荐、认证或核验。
平台无义务公开全部排序或推荐因素，并可随时调整。
## 12. 站内消息与用户沟通
平台可能提供站内消息、回复工具、联系表单、举报工具或其他沟通功能。
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，平台可为安全、审核、防滥用、法律合规、调查或平台完整性目的，对消息进行记录、限制、过滤、延迟、拦截、审查或保存。
提供消息功能并不意味着平台推荐、核验或背书任一沟通方。
你不得利用消息功能进行骚扰、威胁、开盒、勒索、跟踪、垃圾群发、招揽违法活动或规避审核。
## 13. 内容审核与执行权
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，平台可在任何时间、有或无通知地：
1. 审查、监控、筛查、调查或拒绝审查任何内容、页面、消息或账户；
2. 删除、隐藏、编辑、改标、限制、降权、拒绝发布或限制传播任何内容；
3. 关闭链接、联系方式、消息功能、资料页、评论、个人资料或页面；
4. 暂停、限制、终止或永久封禁账户；
5. 屏蔽用户、设备、IP、域名、支付方式或其他识别信息；
6. 保存内容、日志、账户信息、通信记录、元数据和举报材料；
7. 向执法机关、监管机构、安全组织或其他适格主体报告涉嫌违法、剥削、暴力、欺诈、贩运或涉及未成年人的行为；
8. 配合法律程序、法院命令、紧急请求、执法询问或政府要求；
9. 移除或限制重复侵权者、重复违规者、协同行为或规避处罚行为；以及
10. 修改、限制、暂停或终止任何功能或服务。
平台无义务监控全部内容、预审全部提交、解决全部争议、核实全部事实或在每个案件中执行本协议。平台在某一案件中未采取行动，不构成其放弃今后采取行动的权利。
## 14. 违法内容举报 / 安全升级 / 记录留存 / 执法配合
用户可通过平台举报工具、平台届时提供的注册用户支持渠道，或 www.us929.com 届时公示的公开联系表单或公开角色邮箱，举报可能违反本协议或适用法律的内容、资料页、评论、消息、链接、页面或行为。
举报应尽量包含足够的信息，例如链接、用户名、截图、日期、描述及举报理由。
平台可优先处理涉及以下事项的举报：
1. 未成年人或疑似未成年人；
2. 贩运、胁迫、剥削或强迫劳动；
3. 违法交易招揽或违法性服务招揽；
4. 暴力威胁、跟踪、骚扰或可信的安全风险；
5. 欺诈、冒名或恶意链接；
6. 版权、商标、隐私权或公开权侵权；以及
7. 重复性或协同性滥用行为。
平台可在不通知发布者的情况下删除内容、限制访问、保存证据、暂停账户或升级处理。
平台可在其认为合理必要的期间内保存账户记录、日志、消息、内容、元数据、举报记录、计费记录及处罚历史，以用于法律合规、防滥用、争议处理、安全审查、调查、支付问题处理或规则执行。
你理解并同意，平台可将涉嫌违法、剥削、贩运、涉及未成年人、暴力、威胁、欺诈或紧急风险的行为报告给执法机关、监管机构、安全组织或其他适格主体。
## 15. 知识产权 / 版权 / 商标 / DMCA
平台尊重知识产权，并要求用户同样如此。
若你认为平台内容侵犯你的版权，可通过 www.us929.com 届时公示的公开联系表单或公开角色邮箱提交通知；提交隐私、权利或 DMCA 通知不应以注册平台账户为前提。
通知至少应包括：
1. 你的实体或电子签名；
2. 被主张侵权作品的识别说明；
3. 被投诉内容的定位信息；
4. 你的联系方式；
5. 你基于善意相信该使用未经授权的声明；以及

## 17. 无保证声明

## 18. 责任限制

## 19. 赔偿

## 21. 适用法律与具有约束力的个人仲裁

若本协议任何条款被认定为无效、违法或不可执行，其余条款仍继续完全有效。

The Platform may allow merchants, users, advertisers, administrators, moderators, or other contributors to create, submit, claim, edit, organize, display, or discuss merchant profiles, forum posts, reviews, ratings, business descriptions, service areas, operating hours, contact details, website links, user experiences, administrator summaries, promotional content, and other materials.
You understand and agree that:

## 4. User Accounts and Registration
